Mobility WOD

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar.  Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
  • Practice and train major lifts:  Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and Snatch.  Similarly master the basics of gymnastics:  Pull-ups, Dips, Rope Climbs, Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Presses to Handstand, Pirouettes, Flips, Splits, and Holds.  Bike, Run, Swim, Row, etc, hard and fast.
  • Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations or patterns as creativity will allow.  Routine is the enemy.  Keep workouts short and intense.
  • Regularly learn and play new sports.

CrossFit Schedule

Monday-Friday:  5:30am, 6:30am, 8:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Tuesday & Thursday:  Same as Above, plus 12:00pm


"Burn" Schedule

Tuesday & Thursday: 3:30-4:30pm

Saturday: 9:00-10:00am

New Classes Opening Soon:  Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30pm


Open Gym Schedule

Saturday: Member's Only Open Gym 10am-11am


On Ramp Schedule

Monday-Tuesday/ Wednesday :  7:30pm-9:00pm**

Next On Ramp: April 21 and 22 (Monday and Tuesday)

You must attend both days of On-Ramp to start Small Group CrossFit Classes if you are a new CrossFitter.  Limited to 20 Athletes
