
Class Schedule
-Monday-Friday Classes: 5:45am, 8:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
-Monday-Wednesday Ramp-Up Program: 7:30pm-9:00pm
(You must attend all 3 days of Ramp-Up to start Small Group CrossFit Classes if you are a new CrossFitter. *Limited to 20 Athletes)
-Saturday Open Gym: 10:00am-11:00am
