Classes last approximatley 1 hour in length

*Mon-Fri: 5:45am, 8:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

*Tuesday and Thursday: 12:00pm

*Mon-Wed: 7:30pm-9:00pm Ramp-Up Classes (Limited to 20 Athletes)

-Next Ramp-Up: May 20 (Open)

*Sat: 10am-11am Open Gym (members only)

Class Schedule

-Monday-Friday Classes:  5:45am, 8:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

-Monday-Wednesday Ramp-Up Program:  7:30pm-9:00pm

 (You must attend all 3 days of Ramp-Up to start Small Group CrossFit Classes if you are a new CrossFitter.  *Limited to 20 Athletes)

-Saturday Open Gym:  10:00am-11:00am

*Times may be subject to change or additional times may be added based on the needs of our members.

*Please notify your trainer if other times in the week work better for you.
