By definition, CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, done at high intensity. It is the fastest growing, research based, elite fitness and strength program today. CF is for everyone: men, women, young, old, overweight, thin, disabled, prior-injury, and everyone in between. It is universally scalable so workouts, lifts, and movements, can be tailored for each athlete.
