What is CrossFit?
By definition, CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, done at high intensity. It is by far the fastest growing, research based, elite fitness and strength program on this earth today. CrossFit is for everyone: men, women, young, old, overweight, thin, highly-able, disabled, prior-injury, and everyone in between. It is universally scalable, so that workouts, lifts, and movements, can be tailored for each and every athlete.
And while certainly not required, we also believe that eating meats, veggies, nuts and seeds, some fruit and a little starch is the ideal way to fuel and support your body while keeping body fat to a minimum.
